Bus Services
Cornerstone Christian School operates two ministry funded buses each day, from Feilding and from Ashhurst.
.For Guidelines of Use and to register your child/ren to use the School Bus Service, please download the form below and either email or drop the form into the school office. If you have any change in circumstances, please let the office know asap.
School transport assistance
Families of students in Years 1-8 who live further than 3.2km from the school and families of students in Years 9 or above who live further than 4.8km from the school may, under some circumstances, be eligible for the Ministry of Education’s School Transport Assistance allowance. If you think you may be eligible for an allowance please enquire at the school office. Due to the Feilding/Bunnythorpe and Ashhurst bus services, students from these areas are unlikely to be eligible.

The updated route for the Cornerstone Christian School Feilding / Bunnythorpe Bus Service is as follows:
The dark blue line indicates the bus route.
- In the morning, leaving Feilding (Aorangi Street) Bus/Train Station at 8.15am with an ETA at Cornerstone Christian School of 8.40am.
- In the afternoon, the bus will leave Cornerstone Christian School at 3.20pm with an ETA back at Feilding Train Station of 3.50pm.
Please see map (right) for more detail about the pickup and drop off points. Note – the only stopping points between the Feilding Train station and CCS are the Bunnythorpe Bus stop and Hartwell Drive/Kelvin Grove intersection.

- Look for bus number 691, displaying a Cornerstone Christian School placard on the front of the bus
- Morning Pickup: Departs Feilding 8:15am sharp. Please be seated on the bus by 8:10am.
- Afternoon Dropoff: Approximately 3.50pm

- Adjacent to the dairy on Campbell Road (Main road through Bunnythorpe)
- Morning Pickup: Approximately 8:20am. Please be there five minutes early.
- Afternoon Dropoff: Approximately 3:40pm.
Hartwell Drive

- At the intersection of Kelvin Grove Road and Hartwell Drive. As this is not a public bus stop, please ensure that you wait on the grass verge beside the Hartwell sign as shown in the photo.
- Morning Pickup: Approximately 8:30am. Please be there 5 minutes early.
- Afternoon Dropoff: Approximately 3:30pm

- School bus pickup area in Guildford St. All other school buses for other schools should have left this stop by pickup time.
